I was looking for a small, well balanced Toy Spaniel that fitted the RKC breed standard and I found that easily amongst my winners. Exceptional Blenheim that ticked all the boxes for me, a small well balanced toy spaniel, masculine head with large dark eyes giving a gentle melting expression, his ears were well set and had ample feathering, his muzzle was tapered with good fill below the eyes, his neck was moderately crested, he had correct shoulder placement, was short coupled with a level back and a good spring of rib, a coat of rich chestnut, broken by pearly white markings of a silky texture completed the picture, with everything just so — correct movement followed suit, he moved with elegance and drive, owned the ring and despite the heat, he never stopped showing giving 100% delighted to award him the DCC and BIS. |
