Benevolent Fund

The Benevolent Fund was established in 1971 to benefit paid up members of the CKCS Club. The purpose, to provide financial assistance to members for the care of their dogs should the members be incapacitated through sudden illness or accident and family or friends are initially unable to help. When an emergency arises the member or a relative/friend should contact one of the 3 Trustees who will set in motion an appropriate programme to deal with the situation. Every case is considered individually by the Trustees who treat the matters in strictest confidence. These basic points will hopefully serve to clarify the purpose of the Benevolent Fund to members.
