I would like to thank the officers and committee of the Southern Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club for inviting me to judge at their open show. a lovely well run and friendly club, thank you to my steward Val who kept the day running smoothly and to all who entered their lovely cavaliers for me to judge. 1st Yeates’ Merryanna Easter Buddy
Promising blen boy, 7 months old nice well constructed puppy, with an attractive outline, he stood and showed really well, a lovely type head with good well filled muzzle, nice dark eye and pigment, good coat for his age which was well broken, lovely reach of neck and a level topline, well set tail which he carried well. Moved nice and straight with plenty of drive. BPD. BPIS. Well done.
2nd Cole’s Lilorchard Royal Russet
Another nice blen puppy, pleasing head with nice dark eyes, good body and shape, plenty of well broken coat, showed well for his handler and moved really well.

1st Rhodes’ Calonlan Oberon
9 month old blen boy with a very nice head, lovely dark eyes, small compact size nice shape and outline, he stood and showed well. Showing a good reach of neck and a level topline, he has a nice well broken coat, moving well once he settled.
2nd Walton’s Underknoll Versace
A nice b/t puppy with a lovely head shape with well cushioned foreface, stood and showed well for his handler, good coat colour with nice tan markings, moved out well with a level back and a well carried tail.

1st Thomas’ Bowfort Bertie Wooster of Pepyswood
A lovely 2 year old blen boy, lovely masculine head his good earset giving him an almost flat scull, he has lovely large dark eyes, and good pigment, a good neck leading to a level topline and lovely well set tail which he carried well. He has a good well constructed firm body and a well balanced outline a lovely well broken quality coat. He showed well and was the best mover in this class. BD. BOS. RBIS.
2nd Taylor’s Mastercut Jack Frost from Taybar
Another nice quality blen dog, with a good reach of neck showing off his lovely outline, he has an attrtactive well filled head with nice dark eyes, good well broken coat with plenty of furnishings, stood four square and showed well.
3rd Ford’s Salegreen Periwinkle to Hiscli
Special Graduate Tricolour (2, 1)  
1st Connor’s Gadeslain Perfect Gent
This 5 year old dog stood alone in this class, he is of good size with a good firm compact body, nice well broken coat in good condition, pleasing well cushioned head, nice dark eyes and good pigment, he moved and showed well holding a good topline.
Special Graduate B/T (1, 0)  
1st Rhodes’ Calonlan Café Noir
A really nice black and tan dog, good coat and colour, he has a lovely head with well filled muzzle large dark eyes and good pigment, he has a nice compact shape and is a good size. He is a well balanced dog with moderate bone throughout. Showed well for his handler he moved well holding a level back with a well set tail which he carried well. RBD.

1st Lock & Thomas’ Korolevsky Luka
5 year old blen dog showed happily, he has a nice head with good pigment, he has a good firm body with good shoulder placement and a level topline which he holds well, a nice size dog in good coat and condition, moved well.

1st Ford’s Salegreen Periwinkle to Hiscli
A nice 2½ year old blen boy, good all round for size and shape, lovely type head with good cushioning around his lovely large dark eyes, well filled muzzle, moderate neck and nice compact body, lovely well presented coat of good colour. Moved well.

Special Veteran (5 Entries 2 Absent) A lovely class of three very special golden oldies a credit to their owners.
1st Holbrook’s Marlhouse Natasha
This 12 year old blenheim looked and moved like a dog of half her age. Ssmall compact and well balanced, ultra feminine head with beautiful large dark eyes, lovely full ears, her well broken coat is in excellent condition. She really seemed to enjoy her day out showing none stop with a happy personality. BV bitch and BVIS well done.
2nd Connor’s Gadeslain Mystic Star
At 15 years old this b/t bitch looked amazing for her age. Pretty well filled head with lovely long full ears, a nice size with a good coat and colour with plenty of furnishings, she showed well and moved really positive.
3rd Stark’s Tayfern Song Thrush

1st Bartlett’s Sorata Sophie Anne for Korolevsky
Stood alone in this class a lovely ruby with a good coat of a lovely rich colour. Well presented and in lovely condition. She has a pretty head with a good lay of shoulder and firm topline. Well balanced standing four square, showed and moved steadily.

1st Connor’s Gadeslain Anise
Pretty 7½ month old b/t girl, nice size and well put together showing her well balanced shape. In good coat for age which was of a good colour with nice tan markings. She has a nice head with well filled muzzle and pretty large dark eyes. A lovely reach of neck and a good topline and tailset. She moved with a good rear movement.
2nd Rhodes’ Calonlan Must Be Love
Blenheim just 6 months old with a pretty face, nice dark eyes and pigment, nicely balanced outline and a shape, showing well and moved steadily.
Puppy (4, 1)  
1st Rhodes’ Calonlan Titania
A very nice Blenheim puppy with a good well broken coat of good colour, nice size and shape with good lay of shoulder and level back, she has a lovely feminine head shape with good ear placement, expressive dark well cushioned eyes and muzzle, showing happily and standing four square at one with her handler, moved confidently around the ring. BPB.
2nd Bartlett’s Lilorchard Pippin at Korolevsky
10 month old heavier marked Blenheim nice puppy, with a pleasing head with good pigment, well constructed and nicely balanced showed a moved well.
3rd Tyler’s Deranmar Orianna with Janthow

Feminine Blenheim girl beautiful head with lovely large dark round well filled eyes, good fill to muzzle, she is a lovely size with a good reach of neck and lay of shoulders, a level topline and a good tailset. Plenty of well broken coat of a nice rich colour, well put together with a lovely outline she moved really well with plenty of drive. RBB.
2nd Taylor’s Vonnyisle Portia
Another lovely feminine Blenheim girl, shown in beautiful condition gleaming coat of a lovely colour. Pretty head with lovely dark eyes and good pigment. She is a nice size with a good reach of neck showing off her lovely shape. She showed and moved very well.

21 month old Blenheim girl well coated with plenty of furnishings, pretty head with flattish scull and well feather ears. Nice shape and size. Moved with drive holding a level topline.
Special Graduate Blenheim (3, 1)  
1st Rhodes’ Calonlan Pretty In┬áPink
18 month old very pretty girl with a well broken coat in lovely condition, most appealing head with a flattish scull and good earset, nice fill to foreface with large dark eyes. She has a good reach of neck and lay of shoulder, a good level back, she has a lovely well angulated and balanced overall body shape. She stood and showed well for her handler
2nd Cragg Loranka’s High Class Lady with Aureus
Pretty 4 year old girl with a short compact body shape with plenty of soft silky well broken coat, showing well and moving well with a good topline.
Special Graduate Tricolour (5, 2)  
1st Cornelius’ Corsham’s Giselle
Nearly 3 years old this pretty girl had a lovely full head with a soft gentle expression and good earset with lovely full ears. Well balanced compact size. Full well broken coat in lovely condition she showed well and moved with ease and plenty of drive.
2nd Yeates’ Underknoll Amelia with Merryanna
Another very nice girl good sound construction and well proportioned, attractive head and pleasing dark eyes and good pigment. Showing well and happily she moved freely and soundly.

1st Connor’s Gadeslain Mai Tai
A nice 3 year old B/T girl with a lovely shape, in good coat with rich tan markings, showing well with a lovely head and expression, moved well with a good topline and tail carriage.
2nd Bartlett’s Korolevsky Lilya
Another nice girl of a nice size and shape, pretty head and dark eyes good coat and colour, standing four square and looked well balanced moved nicely.
Special Graduate Ruby (2, 1)  
1st Tyler’s Deranmar Hester with Janthow
A 2 year old ruby girl in good coat of a lovely rich colour showing well for her handler, pleasing head with a flattish scull and good earset. Ggood neck and shoulder placement with a level topline. Moved with ease around the ring.
Post Graduate (2, 1)  
1st Goodwin’s Lanola Santuzza JW
A lovely richly coloured Blenheim girl. Feminine head with large dark eyes with good cushioning and pigment. Moderate neck with good lay of shoulders and level topline. A nice size and shape with good angulation, showing well and moved with good positive rear action.
Open (4, 1) A lovely class of three very nice bitches.
1st MacAlpine’s Delhaze Dolly Daydream with Annatika JW
A beautiful quality Blenheim girl with a glamorous rich coloured well broken coat. She has a very appealing head with large dark well cushioned eyes, well filled foreface with excellent pigment, well placed full ears, she has a lovely reach of neck with well placed shoulders and a level topline, her tail is carried well. She has a super outline and looked well balanced throughout. She showed well and moved with elegance and drive covering the ground with ease. I was pleased to award her BB and BIS. Well done.
2nd Holbrook’s Vonnyisle Jezebel
Another lovely quality Blenheim girl, pretty head with nice kind dark eyes, good pigment and fill to muzzle, she has a good reach of neck which shows off her lovely well balanced shape, she holds a good topline and has a good well set tail which never stopped wagging. She has a well broken coat in excellent condition, she showed well for her handler and moved with ease with plenty of drive.
3rd Yeates’ Underknoll Amelia with Merryanna
